Juan Aguirre heads up Ruckus’ vertical for hospitality and MDU solutions across EMEA. With over 14 years’ experience in the hospitality market from WiFi, managed services, IPTV to application development, Juan is passionate about this industry and the way it is transforming itself combining people and technology.

Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Juan worked across a number of sectors including semi-conductors, Middleware development and Satellite communications.

Juan spends his spare time chasing his kids, cycling up hills and constantly starting to learn the guitar again…

Stefan has a master’s degree in humanities and after having worked in journalism for several years, he switched to IT Sales around 20 years ago.
He has worked as a Business Development Manager in the field of software development tools and has several years of experience as an IT sales for ERP to customers with global operations.

Apart from this, Stefan has been working in and around the hospitality industry for more than 15 years. In 2006 he became the sales head for Germany for one of the biggest providers of in room communication and entertainment solutions to the hospitality industry, back then in Europe. After seven years in this role, he moved on to LG where he took on the responsibility for Sales to the hotel groups in Europe as an overlay function. Stefan joined Ruckus around four and a half years ago and is since then in charge of the company’s hospitality and MDU business in Central, East and South-East Europe.

Darla Braun has over two decades of experience in the in-building wireless business. In her current role, she is responsible for driving and executing distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cell sales and business development initiatives globally for CommScope for enterprises, neutral hosts, and mobile network operators. This includes go-to-market strategies and the establishment of effective partnerships for CommScope’s award-winning DAS and small cell solution portfolio.

Prior to joining CommScope in 2018, Darla was with a leading system integrator of in-building wireless systems for the enterprise market. Other prior experiences include VP of global sales of 28/26 GHz Local Multi-Point Distribution Services (LMDS) solutions. She is based in Richardson, Texas.

Mark Davis is VP Product Marketing for the RUCKUS BU at CommScope, leading a team responsible for the RUCKUS WLAN, switching, IoT, and cloud services portfolio.

Prior to Ruckus, Mr. Davis was Sr. Director, Product Marketing for the Service Provider Platforms BU at Citrix, responsible for the ByteMobile and NetScaler product lines. His industry experience spans wireless, networking, telecom and software at organizations ranging from start-ups to industry giants such as AT&T and Lucent. He earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Virginia.

Hasina Dhanji runs the Go-To-Market plans in EMEA to embed and accelerate the RUCKUS Cloud platform drawing together market analysis and networking trends to deliver programs including Sales Enablement, Demand and create an Ease of Doing business for our customers and channel.

Her mission is to build a Cloud-ready base in order to meet and respond to the shift in market towards cloud-based management and networking. She has worked in technology for over 10 years and previously ran Vertical Marketing and Regional Marketing for CommScope.

Craig is responsible for and leads pan EMEA distributor sales strategy for CommScope in the EMEA market. He is based in Ireland and supports the CommScope team of professional sellers and their managers in engaging with CommScope’s largest distributors. Craig’s previous roles with CommScope include leading European key account management, multi-tenant datacenter sales, leading a team of enterprise sellers in the NYC/New Jersey markets in the US and prior to that leading United Arab Emirates enterprise sales. Other roles included IT management, global account management and region solutions market manager over a 22 year period.

Charlie Morrison Fell is a Global Director at CommScope and leads the Enterprise Technical team.  He has been with CommScope for 16 years, and prior to his current role he managed Enterprise, HyperScale, and Service Provider technical teams in the NAR & CALA regions, as well as being a territory sales director for several Latin America countries.  Charlie is a Telecommunications Engineer from Universidad de Belgrano (Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Michael German is the global technical director with CommScope in charge of a team responsible for providing pre- and post-sales technical support and being stakeholders for CommScope’s Intelligent Solutions worldwide.

During his 30-plus year career with AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent, Avaya and CommScope, Michael was involved in the development of a broad range of
products from fiber optic transmitters and repeaters to structured cabling systems.

Michael’s contributions include the development of many successful CommScope products including imVision , an Automated Infrastructure Management System. His innovative work produced over 50 patents.

Michael holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University Tandon School of Engineering.

Mark Grodzinsky serves as a senior director and general manager of the IoT group at Ruckus, where he is responsible for the strategy, product definition and execution of the Company’s IoT product line.

Prior to joining Ruckus, Mark was senior director of product management at Qualcomm, responsible for strategic product management across the Company’s connectivity business unit. Mark has also led the definition of multiple 802.11 industry standards and served as the chair in several key SIGs and WFA industry groups. Previously, Mark was responsible for marketing of Qualcomm’s WiGig business, including customer and industry engagement, product positioning, and business development. Prior to Qualcomm, Mark was vice president of marketing for Wilocity, where he led all aspects of product marketing and management, brand creation and industry alignment for the company’s 60 GHz products. In this role, he helped bring the world’s first WiGig product to market that surpassed 1 million unit sales within the first year. Prior to Wilocity, he held a number of product management positions, including Wi-Fi product manager at Intel for the company’s Centrino platforms, product line manager for Mobilian (acquired by Intel in 2003), and device engineer for Motorola. Mark earned a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Su is Senior Marketing Director, EMEA at CommScope. In this role, she leads a team responsible for the delivery of regional marketing campaigns, events, channel marketing and account-based marketing programs across the service provider and enterprise markets. Prior to this, she led international marketing and global event teams at ARRIS (acquired by CommScope in 2019) and the Motorola Home division (acquired by ARRIS in 2013). Previous experience over her 25 year marketing career includes management roles at ntl: (now Virgin Media) and O2 (now Telefonica).

Su was an inaugural Board Member of the ARRIS Women´s Business Network, formed in 2016, and was instrumental in growing this organization to 1,000+ members strong, the launch of an Ambassador Program, driving regional activity across key member hubs, and establishing a company-wide mentoring program. She subsequently joined the Board of Women in Cable Technology Europe in 2019 in the role of Chief Marketing Officer and the FTTH Council Europe Board in June 2020. Su is passionate about providing growth, support and networking opportunities for women and young people working in the technology industry.

Su graduated from Leicester’s De Montfort University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a Marketing Specialisation. She relocated to Madrid from the UK in April 2014 and enjoys live music, theatre, and travel. Su keeps fit courtesy of two very active Labradors and takes advantage of the hiking trails which are at her door-step.

Feras Hani, Enterprise Infrastructure System Engineer at CommScope, Middle East. He works closely with the sales team and customers/consultants to come up with solutions that help in solving network challenges. Feras has extensive experience in designing network infrastructure solutions in various verticals such as Data Centers, Enterprise Buildings, Office Spaces, Manufacturing Plants, Airports, Hospitals and Educational Institutes.

Previously, Feras played several roles in Commscope being Technical Manager for the Middle East and emerging markets , Oman Sales Manager, Gulf Channel manager and Solution Architect for the Middle East and Africa. In these roles, Feras was responsible for pre and post sales technical support, built the Channel network, and supported customers in designing and implementing their intelligent/smart buildings and data center strategies. He was also responsible for enabling innovative solutions for use in business enterprise.

Over the past 15 years, Feras has built up a proven track record in design, technical knowledge, sales & marketing within IT, telecom/carrier and general communications industries. Prior to joining Commscope in 2011, Feras served as the Pre-Sales Design Manager for a system integrator in the United Arab Emirates. He played a major role in designing and discussing technical requirements with consultants, clients, and service providers in the Middle East.

Feras is BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) accredited with an OSP (Outside plant) and DCDC (Data Center Design Consultant) specialty.

In her current role Juliana is responsible for executing the UK and Ireland marketing plan specific to the Enterprise infrastructure and networking business for CommScope.

With 10+ years’ working in the B2B market she is experienced in planning, implementing and executing country-specific demand generation marketing plans that impact country quota and ROI. Outside of work, Juliana loves running, traveling, and above all spending time with her family and friends.

Ehab Kanary, vice president of Building Connectivity Infrastructure Sales in
emerging markets across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for driving innovative solutions for use in business enterprise among the markets. Ehab has been working in CommScope since the year 2000, with more than 20 years of regional experience, he is part of the Venue and Campus Networks organization.

Previously, Ehab was Enterprise Vice president for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, and before responsible for Enterprise sales in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He also held engineering roles at Belden in Dubai.

Ehab has a bachelor of engineering in electronics and communications from the University of Zagazig in Egypt.

Dominic is responsible for driving high velocity sales within the enterprise arena through execution of marketing programs for both Infrastructure and Networking business. Dominic has 22 years experience within CommScope, spanning technical, territory and regional sales roles within EMEA.

Dominic joined Lucent Middle East in 1998 as a Technical Pre Sales Manager for the Orinoco WiFi line. In 2003 he was appointed Country Manager for the Systimax business in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain, subsequently moving to the UAE to lead regional Business Development within the Government and Oil and Gas sectors. Dominic rounded out his ME career as Sales Director for the Emerging Market Territories. In 2010 Dominic returned to Europe where he headed up Enterprise distribution within the Global Partner Organisation for Europe & MEA.

Santiago has a long history of success in sales and technical roles and prior to this role he was business development manager, Spain and Portugal. Santiago has a wealth of experience in the Spanish market and an extensive knowledge of our key end users, including GCS accounts, as well as a sound understanding of the market dynamics, specifically related to data centers.
Santiago has a telecommunications engineering degree from Polytechnic University of Alcalá and he joined CommScope in July 2000 as Technical Manager.

Product management leader in the networking industry with over 20 years of silicon valley experience bringing innovative networking solutions to enterprise and SP customers. Joined Ruckus in 2012 to drive Analytics and Cloud business. Held Engineering and PLM business leadership positions at Juniper, Aruba, Nortel and bay area startups.

Richard has worked in the wireless industry since 2000, including product management, strategic planning and marketing roles at Motorola, Meru Networks, Fortinet, Ruckus and Brocade.

As a thought leader, Richard has been a public speaker and blogger on global K-20 education technology and Wi-Fi for the past 10 years.

Gary Newbold is vice president for Networking (Ruckus Wireless and Cloud), leading sales across Europe, Middle East and Africa at CommScope. He is based in Spain, and recently came from Singapore. Last year he was the leader for Enterprise in Asia Pacific and is responsible for driving profitable growth in the region. Gary is a dynamic and results oriented sales leader, with the ability to lead, develop and grow sales. He successfully driven growth across diverse market segments, cultures and geographies in APAC and EMEA.

Gary brings over more than 25 years of IT industry experience in both sales and management roles, and most recently led the Asia-Pacific region for Gigamon as vice president of sales. Prior to Gigamon, Gary spent six years at Extreme Networks in various sales management roles; he also served as country manager for 3Com in the UK and Europe. Gary also has extensive experience in media, analyst relations, senior leadership, strategy, merger transition, partner relationships and marketing.

Hans-Jürgen joined CommScope’s cabling division in July 1994 and has held several key positions in product management, technical services and marketing including Director of Program Management EMEA, Director of Marketing EMEA and Director of Technical Services & Sales Operations EMEA.

Since January 2013, Hans-Jürgen is responsible for Commscope’s data center market development in EMEA, ensuring that Commscope’s solutions enable customer’s data center infrastructures to be agile, flexible and scalable in order to meet the requirements in this dynamic market segment, today and in future.

Hans-Jürgen is an international expert for data centers, fiber optics and AIM systems, a member of several ISO/IEC and CENELEC standardization committees and editor of several international standards.

Hans-Jürgen holds a chartered engineer degree in Electronic Engineering and is a graduated state certified business economist.

Massimo’s entire career has developed around wireless technologies and related applications.

He has covered several roles including R&D researcher, Product Manager and Systems Engineer, working for vendors, distributors, channel partners as well as academic organizations.

Currently he is leading the Systems Engineering team in Europe for Commscope Enterprise. Massimo holds a Master Degree in Telecommunications Engineering with focus on Wi-Fi networking.

Jocelyn Penque is a manager of corporate communications at CommScope based in London, United Kingdom. She oversees media, analyst and social media programs for the EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions. With 20 years’ experience both in-house and on the agency side, Jocelyn has played a major role in promoting the success of multinational companies including HP, SAP, Shell and Samsung, primarily in the areas of corporate communications and public relations. Jocelyn received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Texas at Austin.

Lewis is Vice President for CommScope’s Enterprise Infrastructure in Europe. He joined CommScope in 2007, and has a wide and international experience for more than 13 years in the industry. He has held roles across a number of functions working within the UK, EMEA and Latin America. Lewis has developed his skills as sales leader and coach, driving the growth of our customers and the growth of our people.

Previously, Lewis was Managing Director for CommScope’s Enterprise business in the UK & Ireland, including SYSTIMAX, NETCONNECT and since 2019 the Ruckus Networks business. He has worked in IT and communications his entire career.

Lewis holds a sciences degree from University College London and an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK.
