This 30-minute webinar provides an introduction to the Support Gateway "EndPoint Server" (EPS). The EPS is a software tool installed at the customer site that communicates with and logs data from the customer's device community for the purposes of remote management, monitoring, and support. At the end of this Webinar you will understand the capabilities of the EPS device and how to navigate the EPS User Interface (UI).
