With this in mind, CommScope set out to provide a better way in which customers can gather accurate information and seek out the proper contacts to complete their buying process. To keep up with the changing needs of how customers access the information and interact with partners, CommScope introduced the PartnerPRO Portal. This new portal is considered a collaboration software tool that pairs the needs of CommScope customers with our PartnerPRO Network™ members.
Recently, I sat down with Stephen Kowal to ask him some questions about the PartnerPRO Portal and how it will ultimately help CommScope partners better deliver our latest products and solutions to customers around the world.
What you might take away from Stephen’s interview is that the PartnerPRO Portal is not a singular CommScope investment to the PartnerPRO Network. In fact, CommScope has been investing in its partner network since its launch almost four years ago and has heavily invested into the back-end systems to support the network. This new partner portal takes the partner network to the next step; which enables the interaction between CommScope, the customer and the partner to be much easier for everyone.
