Phil Cardy is VP of Product Management for Home Networks, CommScope.

Phil is responsible for broadband and video solutions for customers in the EMEA and APAC regions. His team is focused on combining Home Network’s hardware and software portfolio along with third party solutions; enabling service providers to evolve the in-home user experience.

Based in the UK, he has more than 20 years of experience working within the communication technology sector. Phil has a broad knowledge of technology and commercial topics having held roles in both hardware and software development, product management and sales in the USA and International markets.

Phil joined CommScope in April 2019 via its acquisition of Arris. During his 15 years at Arris and formerly Pace, Phil was Head of Sales for Northern Europe and led the product team for security solutions. Prior to CommScope, Phil has worked for Intel, Calix, Alcatel and Nortel/BNR.

Phil holds a Computing Technology degree from Middlesbrough University and a Master of Science in Microelectronics from the University of Ulster, UK.
