Mike Moss is VP of Customer Program Management at CommScope Home Networks, a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks.  In this role, Mike is responsible for leading the Global Customer Program Management team for CommScope’s consumer-premise equipment (CPE) business.

In his more than 33 years in the telecommunications industry, Mike has been responsible for bringing to market a range of technologies, including ARRIS' Wireless DOCSIS Gateways from 802.11g up to WiFi 6,  lead introduction of PacketCable 2.0 VoIP and IPv6 support across the CPE portfolio, and established the CPE engineering center in Shenzhen, China. 

Mike joined CommScope through its acquisition of ARRIS in April 2019, where he led the Broadband Software organization. He joined ARRIS in 2000 from Nortel Networks, leading a variety of software (SW) and software quality assurance (SQA) engineering teams across Voice, Video and Data products, including Touchstone CPE, Cadant C4, D5™ EdgeQAM, and leading Sales Engineering for the Americas.

Prior to joining ARRIS, Mike led SW, SQA, and Automation teams at Nortel Networks in the Access Networks division, developing Voice and Data products and large-scale test automation tools.

Mike received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
